DISCOVERY/INSIGHTS: Knowing the intention behind a brand refresh as well as which pieces should stay is the most important first step in this process.

PROBLEM DEFINITION: Create a website and refreshed identity that nods to its history as well as appeals to multiple user groups; artists, curators, labels and the general population.

DESIGN SCOPE: The original logo was core to the reputation of the District and so we chose to keep it and create a new wordmark that worked well with it. Alongside the refreshed brand, we created a website that was easy to navigate and delivered specific information only to those looking for it.
