DISCOVERY/INSIGHTS: The trend of wellness and cosmetic clinics speaks to the demand for these services but knowing which clinics are best can be hard for the user to determine.
PROBLEM DEFINITION: How to best position and expand the offering of a well-established and trusted Surgeon.
DESIGN SCOPE: We needed to build this brand based on the surgeon's credibility, highlight this honest and transparent approach and position the brand for growth. We created a clinic name, brand, visuals and educational social media content drawing inspiration from other industries instead of other plastic surgeons. We felt this aesthetic matching the clientele and compassionate approach of ESY.
IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOME: The clinic opened, with beautiful interiors and full books! The social media strategy was designed as a landing page for information and to act as a website driver and to allow the team to focus on patients. This has made their marketing easy to maintain and aligns with their offering.
