DISCOVERY/INSIGHTS: This growing brow studio had outgrown its small business roots and needed a refresh that paid respect to its past and inspired future clients to connect.

PROBLEM DEFINITION: The rebrand was happening at the same time as an interior renovation so the digital experience and brand was to match the client experience.

DESIGN SCOPE: We conducted interviews with the client, and aligned on mood boards and vision with the interior design firm. This research led our design decisions as we created the refreshed branding, social media strategy, photography and website refreshes.

IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOME: The rebrand was well received, the social media following grew and the client experience was seamless from seeing a social post to booking to sitting in one of the talented Artists chairs.
