DISCOVERY/INSIGHTS: Our client was a brow artist who owned a series of brow studios, she had the customer base and knowledge to share about embracing your own beauty and how to elevate your brows. They just needed the product to bring
the vision to reality.

PROBLEM DEFINITION: Provide users with a range of clean brow products that felt custom to each user as well as position the brand in a saturated beauty market.

DESIGN SCOPE: This lead to the partnership and creation of three products with 3-5 color variants each created in Seoul, Korea and available in Canada, United States, Australia and the UK. Not only did we create an exemplary product, but also the brand, design assets and business strategy to match. We worked on everything from a product pricing model and user journey maps to navigating regulations and sourcing fulfillment companies.

IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOME: We wanted the product to stand out in users make up bags and for each product to have a unique brand of its own. This lead to 3 custom sub brands for each of the products. Everything from the ingredients used in the physical products to the social media assets had this through line of refined simplicity; so easy to connect with, use and digest but the depth and each intentional decision was revealed over time. Relume launched on social channels, with a DTC website and into the hands of hundred of micro influencers and the response was nothing but love - in the form of sales and a reach of 5x the followers on social.
