PROBLEM DEFINITION: How to provide tenant value in the wellness space?

DESIGN SCOPE: Our research and client needs came together around creating a space for office tenants to take a break from their desks, learn or get a quick flow in. The space was designed to completely take you away from the concerns of the office with a soothing playlist, scents that match the classes being offered, a no phone policy and used natural textures. The Wellness Studio is complete with reception, changing rooms, a meditation pod and studio for workshops, fitness classes and guided meditations.

IMPLEMENTATION AND OUTCOME: Over the month it was open, hundreds of tenants attended, thousands of dollars was raised for a local charity and dozens of media outlets reported on it. We are so excited to say that the space will now be activated on an ongoing basis!
